I taught myself how to DJ back in 2015-2016, back in college. I remember speaking to my late father about having an interest in DJing, and he was the first person to really support the idea of me trying it, and getting into it. He bought me a PA speaker so that I could practice and even built me a wood case for my DJ controllers. He unfortunately passed away in 2017 from heart troubles, but I will never forget that. He was always in my corner. Since then, I’ve DJed at various small events and bars in Richmond Virginia, while also doing certain parties and weddings.
